FRONT-END CONSTRUCTION LAWYER | PERTH CBD

SBL Recruitment is currently partnering with a highly respected law firm that is seeking a Front-End Construction Lawyer to join their growing practice in Perth.

This opportunity would suit a lawyer with experience across front-end construction matters together with some exposure to property transactions and development work.

The role will see you advising a broad range of clients including developers, contractors, consultants, and private businesses on matters including:

• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts

• Procurement and project advisory work

• Development and infrastructure projects

• Commercial and industrial property transactions

• Leasing and general property matters

• Risk management and contract administration advice

2+ years PAE

Experience in front-end construction or property law
