Senior Technical Consultant

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity within a government environment focused on delivering innovative digital solutions that drive positive community outcomes. The role involves working within a collaborative team to support enterprise systems, improve processes, and implement key technology enhancements that have a meaningful impact on service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional improvements
• Support system integrations and data workflows to ensure smooth operation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver user-friendly and accessible technology solutions
• Assist with solution lifecycle management, including release planning and updates
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users

Skills and Experience (Must Have)

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Dynamics 365 developer and 3 years in a functional consulting role
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service or related modules
• Proven expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions
• Experience with solution lifecycle management and version control tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GIT)
• Skilled in translating business needs into technical solutions
• Knowledge of data models, workflows, and system integration strategies
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power BI
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Desirable Criteria (Nice to Have)

• Experience working within government or public sector projects
• Knowledge of Agile/Safe methodologies
• Skills in web development technologies like Angular, C#, HTML, CSS, or Web API’s
• Experience with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1
