About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to step out of shift work without stepping away from clinical practice.

As Clinical Liaison, you will be the face of Noble Nurse in the community. Your days will be spent building relationships with clients and referral partners, conducting clinical assessments, and ensuring the people we support receive services that are genuinely matched to their needs.

This is a Monday to Friday, office-hours role with a fully maintained company vehicle included.

What You Will Be Doing

Client Engagement

  • Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for clients and their families
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments in home and community settings
  • Develop and review care plans aligned with best practice
  • Identify and escalate clinical risks appropriately
  • Carry out regular client check-ins, home visits and quality reviews

Referral & External Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, GPs and allied health providers
  • Represent Noble Nurse at meetings, site visits and networking events
  • Facilitate referral pathways with clear, timely clinical communication

Service Development

  • Identify opportunities to expand or enhance services based on client feedback and clinical need
  • Contribute to the growth of community and home care services
  • Provide clinical input into business development and service design
  • Collaborate with leadership on planning and continuous improvement

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with rostering and staffing teams to ensure appropriate care matching
  • Support recruitment alignment with client requirements
  • Participate in on-call support as required
  • Act as a clinical resource for internal staff

What We Are Looking For

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no conditions or undertakings) preferred OR relevant expereiance as an Enrolled Nurse or Assistant In Nursing
  • Clinical experience, ideally across aged care, community or hospital settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Confidence conducting independent clinical assessments
  • A genuine interest in service development and client relationship management
  • Current full driver's licence
