The Role

Joining one of Australia's leading Luxury Designer Fashion brands, working within a stellar, highly-technical, high-performance Digital team, reporting straight to the Head of Digital, to drive, shape & execute the Digital Marketing strategy, with a heavy focus on Meta.

This role will be focused on driving both new customer acquisition growth, as well as conversion, engagement & customer retention, driving online performance with cutting edge, innovative campaigns.

With solid external Partnership support to keep you across latest trends, this role will lead strategic development, execution & optimisation of all Paid activity, focused on Meta, Google, TikTok & Pinterest predominantly, as well as both AU local & international audiences.

You'll partner closely with the eCommerce & wider Marketing team, working both creatively & analytically to drive growth across key metrics like ROAS & MER, as well as support on driving strong customer retention & LTV.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Strong, demonstrated experience in Digital, Paid & Performance, with Agency-side experience being highly advantageous, as well as exposure to working across Fashion, Retail & Lifestyle brands
  • Hands-on, indepth experience of executing and delivering Paid campaigns, particularly within Meta but Google, TikTok & Pinterest being a massive plus!
  • A track record in scaling Paid channels and delivering solid increases in performance & new customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience & understanding of analysing key metrics, including CAC, CPA, ROAS & AOV, as well as presenting actionable insights
  • Demonstrated experience with running small-scale tests, creative or bid tests, with the ability to redefine solutions & strategies
  • Wider exposure to the full Digital mix, especially CRM, would be super advantageous
  • Knowledge of the Shopify Klaviyo tech stack & GA4 would be very highly regarded
  • The ability to work highly cross-functionally across Marketing, Brand, Creative & eCommerce teams and a strong understanding of the full customer journey
