Please note Candidate must have Baseline Security clearance

Key duties and responsibilities
The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:
- Coaching and developing team capability through on‑the‑job support;
- Planning and managing the automation testing lifecycle within program and project constraints;
- Coordinating performance test resource, estimates, schedules, and delivery activities;
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with project managers, test managers, ICT teams, and business stakeholders;
- Providing technical guidance on automation testing tools, environments, data, and systems.
- Identifying, managing, and escalating testing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensuring clear, targeted, and appropriate communication with different stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency within the automation test function.
