We create content specifically tailored to meet clients print and digital needs and offer clients a full service experience from preproduction to post, for projects of any size. Our Photographers, Directors, H+M Artists and Stylists work across a variety of disciplines from advertising to fashion.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reload is looking for a passionate and proactive BDM/Producer to join our Sydney based team. The role would be best suited to an experienced Agent/Producer who is now looking for a part time position.

The BDM part of the role involves marketing our artists, cultivating strong relationships with clients and sourcing work for the agency by building on and communicating with our existing database. Supporting our Agents/Producers in the marketing of our Advertising Photographers + Directors, we are after someone who can confidently get on the phones and sell the artists, as well as go out and meet with clients. The BDM role involves 1 to 2 days each week in the office, with great potential for the role to grow. They will spend their days promoting our artists, arranging appointments, attending appointments and generally sourcing work for the agency.

The Production side of the role involves pre, post and on set. Experience in stills production is a must and some experience in film production is preferable.

You will need to have very strong people skills and a good range of existing industry contacts in both Sydney and Melbourne, and ideally also in Brisbane. An advertising agency background will be looked upon favourably. You need to work well under pressure and will be responsible for ensuring smooth and seamless productions, from the brief to the finished art. You will be required to deliver high quality creative jobs on time and to budgets that are profitable. You will need to be a passionate, self motivated and solutions driven person and be happy to travel both interstate and potentially internationally when required. You will ideally also have a Drivers Licence.

The candidate needs to have great attention to detail and have a pleasant phone/email manner. They need to be highly self-motivated and have a passion for the photography, film and advertising industries. Great multi-tasking skills are also essential.

The days / hours are flexible, however we do require 1 to 2 days each week in the BDM role, as well as availability for production when required. Hourly rate for office based days is negotiable, depending on experience. On set production days paid as per negotiated budget.
