Reporting to the COO/Director, a newly created exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Manager to lead and grow a team in Victoria.

This role is for someone who gets in the trenches, learns the process, and lifts everyone around them.

Salary: Up to $140,000 - $150,000 + Super + Commission, dependent on experience.

Location: South Yarra, VIC

The Position

The team you will be overseeing are the first point of contact for prospective clients, running structured consultative conversations through a clear process and proven script. The team currently sits at three, with plans to scale to six and beyond.

In the early stages of the role, you will be hands-on running client sessions yourself before transitioning into full team leadership.

Your day to day responsibilities will include

  • Holding the team accountable to activity, targets, and quality standards
  • Coaching through call reviews, objection handling, and client positioning
  • Onboarding and training new consultants as the team grows
  • Maintaining CRM compliance, pipeline hygiene, and accurate reporting
  • Acting as the escalation point when issues need to be resolved

About You

We are seeking someone with a proven track record leading a sales team and getting results through people, with a genuine passion for mentoring and developing others.

Mandatory: You may come from real estate, property investment, mortgage broking, financial planning (working with property businesses), or a high-ticket B2C sales environment in a property related field.

You hold people accountable without compromising culture, give direct feedback that genuinely improves performance, and are as comfortable in the detail as you are leading strategically. You bring warmth and emotional intelligence to your leadership style, creating an environment where people feel supported and motivated to perform at their best.
