Real Estate Videographer & Editor

cre8t marketing is a Melbourne-based marketing agency helping construction, manufacturing and real estate businesses create content that actually connects with people online. From luxury homes and completed builds to large-scale commercial projects, we create content that showcases the people, projects and businesses behind the work.

We’re looking for a casual or part-time Videographer & Editor with experience creating real estate and construction-style content for social media, sales and marketing campaigns.

What you'll be doing

• Filming real estate walkthroughs, completed builds and commercial construction updates
• Capturing branded content for social media, sales and marketing campaigns
• Editing short-form and long-form video content
• Colour grading, sound design and music selection
• Creating polished edits with strong pacing, movement and storytelling
• Following creative briefs and delivering content aligned with client expectations
• Working directly with clients onsite and helping talent feel comfortable on camera
• Collaborating with our creative team on shoots and campaigns

Who you are

• Experienced in filming and editing real estate or construction-style content
• Confident using professional camera gear, gimbals, lighting and audio equipment
• Comfortable directing talent and communicating professionally with clients onsite
• Have a strong understanding of lighting, composition and camera movement
• Able to work independently while still collaborating well with a team
• Organised, reliable and able to manage deadlines efficiently
• Comfortable following a brief while also bringing creative ideas to the table
• Hold a driver’s licence and have reliable transport

Bonus points if you

• Have drone filming experience
• Have photography experience
