Your New Role
Based in our Sydney Office, the primary responsibility of the Business Analyst is to support the business promotional and reporting needs to deliver insights and drive informed business decisions.
What will you be doing?
- Deliver promotions reporting to support strategic and operational decision making.
- Track and analyse promotional performance.
- Provide support to align Business Intelligence reporting with company objectives.
- Support automation and continuous improvement in data models, reporting, and analysis.
- Drive continuous refinement in business processes.
- Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports.
- Be the point of contact for reporting queries and requirements.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand evolving reporting needs.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

What are we looking for?
- Minimums 2 years' experience working in business analysis and commercial analytics.
- Sound knowledge of marketing, sales, and operations functions and processes.
- Ability to work with complex data.
- Strong communication skills with effective stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrable experience working with Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Proactive, continuous-improvement mindset, always looking at more efficient ways of working.
