Mechanical BIM Designer

We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical BIM Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our Sydney team. In this role, you’ll drive our digital delivery, transforming complex mechanical concepts into high-quality 3D models and coordinated documentation.

With a Deep Understanding Of Australian Building Codes And BIM Standards, You Will Confidently Work Within a Fun And High-performing Team To

• Create detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical services, including HVAC and piping, using Revit.
• Lead interference checks and multi-disciplinary coordination to ensure seamless site installation.
• Maintain and contribute to BIM workflows and project-specific modeling standards.
• Work closely with Mechanical Engineers to translate design intent into precise technical outputs.
