Our WA Spray Seal team is seeking

Roller Operators to support regional and interstate road surfacing projects. This role is ideal for operators looking to build experience within a well‑established spray seal crew.

What the Role Involves

• Operating rollers during spray seal operations
• Supporting spreader and spray activities on site
• General labouring and plant support duties
• Working safely within a mobile, fast‑paced crew
• Away work across WA and interstate locations

What We're Looking For

• HR licence (essential)
• White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Experience operating rollers or similar plant (preferred)
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Willingness to travel and work away from home
