The role

Looking to take the first major step in your accounting career? We are seeking a proactive Assistant Accountant to join our team.

In this entry-level role, you will get hands-on experience across the accounting cycle. You will be responsible for accurately processing daily financial data, performing bank transaction analysis, managing accounts reconciliation, and supporting month-end balance sheet work.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Daily Operations: Execute daily bank transactions and perform timely bank reconciliations
  • Month-End Support: Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and conduct thorough expense analysis
  • Audit Compliance: Contribute to both internal and external audit processes
  • Communication & Insights: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding expense processes and results

Are you a MATCH?

  • Valid Australian Working Rights
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience preferred but motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply!
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets)
  • No prior ERP experience required, training on our internal ERP systems will be provided
