About The Role

Due to ongoing growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our Customer Solutions Team, based at our National Corporate Head Office in Springvale.

As the first point of contact for customers nationwide, you will manage enquiries, resolve issues and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.

CONTRACT, HOUR, LOCATION:

This is a contract position, offered for 16 months starting immediately. The position is located in Springvale, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer phone enquiries across Australia
  • Managing inbound calls including orders, product enquiries, quotes, service requests and general problem-solving
  • Maintaining and updating customer records accurately within our CRM system
  • Identifying trends in customer issues and recommending improvements
  • Providing feedback to support continuous improvement within the team

About You

  • Previous customer service experience (industrial or commercial contact centre experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Intermediate computer literacy including CRM systems and MS Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Solutions-focused mindset with confident problem-solving ability
