We’re currently looking for a highly organised and commercially minded
Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team in Grocery and support the successful delivery of seasonal programs across key retail customers.
About The Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager Grocery, this role will provide end to end sales and administrative support across customer programs, promotional activity, reporting and category initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal teams, customers and suppliers to help drive sales growth, maintain strong customer relationships and ensure seamless execution across key accounts.
This is a fast paced and collaborative role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing multiple priorities and supporting high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, margin analysis, trackers and post-promotional reporting
- Coordinate promotional activity including pricing, submissions, buy files and catalogue support
- Support the management of customer ranging, product libraries and online imagery
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate customer presentations, sample management and showroom preparation
- Analyse sales and market data to identify trends, opportunities and stock requirements
- Provide day to day sales administration support to ensure smooth execution across key accounts
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in sales coordination, sales administration or account support
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within FMCG, grocery or retail environments will be highly regarded
- A proactive and collaborative approach with a willingness to learn
