Information Technology Support Team Lead

Well established State Government Organization is looking for an experienced IT Support Lead

Hybrid Working Model | ASAP to 6 months + possible extensions | up to $650+ super | Melbourne CBD

Your new organization

You will be part of a well established state government organization that plays a major role within as a environmental regulator, to prevent and reduce the harmful effects of pollution and waste on Victorians and the environment.

About your role

• Manage the allocated resources, technologies, contribute to business and project planning and reporting; and demonstrating a strong commitment to a positive culture and the development of staff.
• Effectively maintain the workplace services function and platform, by adhering to the strategy for the management of workplace technologies.
• Be a key contact for the managed service provider’s IT support teams.
• Deliver high-quality workplace platform services by providing authoritative, high quality, accurate and timely advice in relation to all aspects of workplace technology.
• Facilitate and provide staff with guidance, training, and support regarding workplace services.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace technology delivery and continual technology improvements.
• Experience in relevant tools / technologies: Jira, Confluence, Azure, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft O365, ServiceNow, Windows 10/11, Printing, Video conferencing.
• Collaboration in project delivery, in respect to hand over to support acceptance and operational management of workplace technologies.
• Proven capability to build and sustain enduring relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of outcomes and achievement of goals and targets.
