Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Brisbane, QLD, for an IT Service Delivery / End User Computing Analyst. The role involves providing end-user computing support, managing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring high-quality IT service delivery. Responsibilities include system configuration, user account management, incident resolution, and fulfilling service requests within defined SLAs. The role requires collaboration with IT teams to enhance service continuity and ensure compliance with organizational IT policies.

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery / End User Computing (EUC) Analyst to join our team in Brisbane. This role is ideal for professionals with strong ITSM, service desk, end-user support, training, and quality assurance experience within large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support End User Computing (EUC) services and environments

• Drive service delivery excellence aligned with ITIL practices

• Handle incident, request, and service management activities

• Support and improve ITSM processes, service quality, and customer experience

• Work within Agile environments using Jira

• Conduct service desk training and quality assurance activities

• Support mobile device management platforms including Microsoft Intune

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across technology support services

• Maintain documentation, presentations, and knowledge-sharing materials

• Support 24x7 critical systems and enterprise service environments

Required Skills

Strong experience in IT Service Delivery / ITSM

Knowledge of ITIL practices, Incident Management, Request Management

Experience with End User Computing (EUC) and enterprise support environments

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Mobile Device Management

Agile experience using Jira

Service Desk Training & Quality Assurance experience

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in large enterprise / multi-business unit environments

Preferred

• ITIL Intermediate Certification
