About the role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated
Casual Registered Nurses to join our modern, state-of-the-art aged care facility in the beautiful town of Yackandandah, near Albury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an innovative not-for-profit organisation that values quality care, teamwork and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Conduct holistic assessments in partnership with residents and families
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
- Deliver high-quality clinical care, including medication management, wound care and palliative care
- Liaise with medical practitioners and allied health professionals
- Promote a positive, resident-centred experience
- Work in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
About you
You Will Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience
- Minimum 1 year;s Aged Care experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine passion for person-centred care
