We are seeking passionate and dedicated

Casual Registered Nurses to join our modern, state-of-the-art aged care facility in the beautiful town of Yackandandah, near Albury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an innovative not-for-profit organisation that values quality care, teamwork and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Conduct holistic assessments in partnership with residents and families
  • Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans
  • Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care, including medication management, wound care and palliative care
  • Liaise with medical practitioners and allied health professionals
  • Promote a positive, resident-centred experience
  • Work in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards

About you

You Will Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience
  • Minimum 1 year;s Aged Care experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • A genuine passion for person-centred care
