Key Responsibilities
- API & Integration Development
- Design, develop, and deploy APIs using MuleSoft:
- Experience APIs
- Process APIs
- System APIs
- SAP IS-U / Billing systems
- CRM platforms
- Payment gateways
- AMI / Smart Meter systems
- Data warehouse & analytics platforms
- Develop REST/SOAP web services and real-time integrations.
- Utilities System Integration
- Move-in / Move-out processes
- Billing & invoicing
- Meter data ingestion
- Customer onboarding
- Payment processing
- Implement batch and real-time data exchange solutions.
- Ensure high availability and performance for high transaction volumes.
- API Management & Governance
- Design and implement API-led connectivity architecture.
- Security policies
- Rate limiting
- OAuth/JWT authentication
- Ensure compliance with enterprise integration standards.
- Maintain API documentation in Anypoint Exchange.
- DevOps & Deployment
- CloudHub
- On-premise runtime
- Hybrid deployments
- Implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor applications using Anypoint Monitoring.
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Testing & Support
- Perform unit testing using MUnit.
- Support SIT / UAT phases.
- Provide L2/L3 production support.
- Conduct root cause analysis for integration failures.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- 4+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
- Mule 4
- DataWeave 2.0
- REST/SOAP services
- API-led connectivity
- Experience in utilities system integration.
- Good understanding of messaging systems (JMS, MQ, Kafka).
Preferred
- Experience integrating with SAP IS-U.
- Knowledge of utilities billing and customer lifecycle processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- MuleSoft certification (preferred).
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (preferred).
Duration: 06 Months and possible extension
