The Role

As a Support Coordinator, you will utilise your NDIS knowledge and firsthand experience in the Disability sector to coordinate and implement all supports outlined in participants' NDIS plans.

This role requires regular interaction with participants, caregivers, families, and external stakeholders. Your commitment to providing outstanding service will be evident as you meet fortnightly KPIs and ensure the highest level of support to our clients. Our Support Coordination team is highly esteemed and recognised for their responsiveness, effectiveness, accountability, and problem-solving expertise.

We value our team members and offer comprehensive induction and training, ensuring manageable workloads and caseloads.

The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate

  • A solid understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and a genuine passion for the disability industry
  • Exemplary professional integrity and accountability
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT and administration
  • An adaptable communication style.
  • Sound knowledge of the disability sector
  • Strong observation and assessment skills
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or certificate, or extensive experience in case management, disability, or community services (highly regarded)

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
  • Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
