A well‑established global retail organisation is seeking a Facilities & Lease Coordinator to support a large, multi‑site store network across Australia.

This is a newly structured role combining facilities coordination with lease and landlord administration, working closely with head office teams, store stakeholders, landlords, and external service providers. The role is hands‑on, operational, and well suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities in a retail environment.

About The Role

Facilities & Risk Safety

  • Coordinate reactive and planned facilities maintenance across multiple retail locations
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to standard
  • Support risk and WHS processes, including inspections, reporting, documentation, and follow‑up actions
  • Assist with incident tracking, corrective actions, and safety registers
  • Maintain accurate facilities and safety documentation, records, and dashboards
  • Work closely with store teams to address operational and safety‑related issues
  • Support facilities input during store refurbishments, upgrades, or changes

Lease & Landlord Support

  • Support basic lease administration, including tracking lease documents and key dates
  • Liaise with landlords and property managers regarding maintenance responsibilities and site issues
  • Assist with preparation, coordination, and follow‑up of lease‑related documentation
  • Maintain organised lease and property records
  • Support Store Development and internal stakeholders on property and lease‑related coordination task

Skills And Experience

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following:

  • Good understanding of the retail environment.
  • Experience in Facilities Coordination, Risk, Safety, or WHS, ideally within a retail or multi‑site environment
  • Exposure to lease administration, landlord coordination, or property‑related matters.
  • Experience working in a retail, property, or leasing environment, ideally within a multi‑site structure
  • Practical understanding of risk and WHS principles in an operational setting
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stores, priorities, and stakeholders
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions, including Facilities, Store Operations, Store Development, Finance, and external partners
  • Comfortable in a hands‑on, onsite and field‑facing coordinator role
  • Willingness to travel domestically within Australia and, where required, internationally
