Associate Conference Producer - Legal & Regulatory

Legalwise Seminars produces content‑led conferences for senior lawyers, regulators and public‑sector decision‑makers. We also deliver law‑for‑non‑lawyers programs for professionals working in regulated environments. We’re looking for an Associate Conference Producer, open to graduates and early‑career candidates, who is curious, articulate and comfortable engaging directly with senior professionals.

This is a content‑led role. It is not event logistics.

The role

• Research legal, regulatory and public‑policy issues
• Speak directly with senior lawyers, regulators and industry leaders to develop conference content
• Support the design of programs for both legal audiences and non‑lawyers in regulated industries
• Assist with speaker identification and agenda development
• Learn how commercial conferences are built end‑to‑end

You

• Are confident picking up the phone and having professional conversations
• Ask good questions and think clearly
• Enjoy learning complex subject matter
• Are early‑career or a recent graduate
• Come from law, arts, policy, communications, sales or marketing (helpful, not essential)

Location
