Role Overview
NTT Data is seeking a Security Analyst to join a high‑performing Cybersecurity team, supporting the monitoring, management, and operational effectiveness of enterprise Data Protection platforms. This role plays a critical part in responding to platform‑level alerts, managing configurations, and building operational playbooks to support ongoing cyber protection initiatives across the organisation.
You will work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders including Cybersecurity, GRC, EUC, Infrastructure, Product Managers, and Delivery Leads, contributing to secure and resilient data protection outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage Data Protection platforms and respond to platform and security alerts
- Collect metrics, build reporting dashboards, and maintain operational documentation
- Manage inbound exemption requests and maintain platform rule configurations
- Perform operational tasks including configuration updates, backups, and alert triage
- Build, maintain, and enhance playbooks for responding to DLP and platform alerts
- Raise and manage changes in line with established change management processes
- Engage with internal stakeholders to support platform operations and clarifications
Skills & Experience
- Strong previous experience working with Zero Trust and Data Protection technologies
- Hands‑on exposure to Endpoint DLP, Web DLP, and CASB solutions
- Experience triaging and responding to security alerts using defined playbooks
- Strong capability in metrics, reporting, and advanced spreadsheet functionality
- Working knowledge of regex and scripting languages such as Python or Bash
- Exposure to CrowdStrike Device Control and Zscaler DLP platforms is highly desirable
