Conference Producer - Legal & Regulatory

Legalwise Seminars produces content‑led conferences for senior lawyers, regulators and public‑sector decision‑makers. We also deliver law‑for‑non‑lawyers programs for professionals working in regulated environments. We’re looking for an experienced Conference Producer who wants real ownership of content and is comfortable engaging directly with senior professionals.

This is a content‑led role. It is not event logistics.

The role

• Design conference programs from concept to delivery
• Identify emerging legal and regulatory issues
• Produce programs for both legal audiences and non‑lawyers operating in regulated industries
• Speak directly with senior lawyers, regulators and industry leaders
• Secure speakers and shape agendas that practitioners want to attend

You

• Have experience producing commercial conferences
• Are confident on the phone with senior stakeholders
• Have strong editorial judgement and intellectual curiosity
• Can work independently and defend program decisions with confidence

Location

Sydney CBD office‑based mostly 4 days per week.
