About the role

The Lead Solution Architect will support a strategic engagement within a large, asset‑intensive utility client. This role is ideal for a senior architect with strong Microsoft ecosystem expertise and proven experience engaging executive stakeholders in complex transformation programs.

You will lead the end‑to‑end solution architecture for a critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiative, guiding migration, integration, and delivery while shaping investment cases and enabling strong governance practices. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring both deep technical expertise and strategic influence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture
  • Drive USD to Customer Service Workspace (CSW) migration
  • Design scalable solutions across Power Platform and Dataverse
  • Architect integrations using Azure API Management (APIM) and Service Bus
  • Define and govern Solution Architecture Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Shape and articulate investment cases and architectural options
  • Facilitate architecture and solution discussions with senior executive stakeholders
  • Ensure solutions align with best practice within utilities and asset‑intensive environments

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Lead / Solution Architect within Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong hands‑on expertise with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure integration services
  • Demonstrated experience delivering USD to CSW migrations
  • Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and ALM practices
  • Background in utilities, energy, or asset‑intensive industries
  • Outstanding executive stakeholder facilitation and communication skills
  • Ability to rapidly assess complex environments and provide clear architectural direction
