This role would suit someone who enjoys partnering with the business, solving real‑world problems, and helping leaders navigate risk in a practical, balanced, and people‑centred way.

You are organised, have strong attention to detail, and can plan and manage your workload with a level of autonomy.

- An interest in developing your capability in health and safety, risk management, and incident investigation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and support positive change
- Experience in a retail environment is desirable, but not essential
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety
