A Leadership Role Where People Come First

At Prudence Rehab, we believe great leadership starts with creating an environment where people feel supported, valued, and motivated to do their best work.

We’re growing our New Employer division and are looking for a passionate and experienced New Employer Team Leader to guide and develop a team of Rehabilitation Consultants across Sydney Metro.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, building strong team culture, and helping people achieve meaningful vocational outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to lead from the front while maintaining a reduced caseload and staying connected to the work that matters most.

  • Wellness allowance and nutrition coaching
  • Paid parental leave plus ongoing super contributions
  • Professional development and leadership support
  • Birthday leave, volunteer leave and loyalty leave
  • A collaborative, down-to-earth team culture

The Opportunity

As the New Employer Team Leader, you’ll play an important role in supporting consultants to deliver high-quality vocational rehabilitation services and sustainable return-to-work outcomes across both same and new employer service streams.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Rehabilitation Consultants with psychological, physical, same and new employer experience
  • Supporting consultants with complex vocational and return-to-work cases
  • Conducting quality reviews, mentoring and performance support
