We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API and Microservices architecture, enabling seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross functional teams to drive innovation and enhance our AI capabilities.

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define and refine project requirements.

Build and maintain robust APIs and Microservices to facilitate the integration of AI solutions into various applications.

Optimize and scale machine learning models for performance and efficiency in production environments.

Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers in best practices for AI/ML development.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

Document processes, models, and APIs to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance.

Proven experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of projects.

Expertise in API development and Microservices architecture.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience in working with Agile methodologies.

Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

10 15 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or a similar role.

Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML initiatives.
