Sales Executive

Youth Jam is Perth's dedicated youth media network, providing content tailored to a hyper-local, youth demographic (12-25). With the ability to reach a growing number of West Australians through radio, social media, podcasting and online platforms, our mission is to give young people a voice while defining creativity, authenticity and fun.

We're currently looking for a range of passionate individuals to join the Youth Jam team as volunteer sales executives - with the opportunity to upskill in other areas.

Successful candidates will engage with marketing agencies, businesses and government to sell advertising space on radio, podcasts and social media, as well as maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

Successful candidates will receive 20% commission on each package they sign.

This position is best for students studying marketing or business at TAFE, university of other tertiary institutions.

Youth Jam boasts a hybrid working model, with opportunities to work from home, in the community, at the local library or even - if you're game - in space (note, Youth Jam Media Incorporated will not be purchasing flights to space and is not insured if you choose to work from the ISS)! Shifts and expectations will be adapted to your level of commitment.
