A founder-led health and wellness group is looking for a Brand Strategist to take the marketing helm across two science-backed, premium supplement brands in the Australian and New Zealand market. This is a hands-on leadership role with real commercial accountability - you'll own brand positioning, user acquisition, and the full marketing P&L.

The brands sit at the intersection of health innovation and consumer technology. Think premium D2C, health-conscious audiences, and products backed by genuine science - not mass-market wellness.

What you'll own

  • End-to-end marketing for two differentiated brands across ANZ - strategy through to execution
  • User acquisition via content marketing, digital channels, and performance media
  • Brand positioning, PR, and earned media strategy
  • Social media strategy, content ideation, and community engagement
  • Full marketing budget with P&L accountability
  • Hands-on delivery across all workstreams - this is a player-manager role

What you'll bring

  • A strong track record in brand building and digital growth in the ANZ health, wellness, or consumer goods space
  • Deep expertise across content strategy, digital marketing, and PR - D2C or subscription brand experience highly regarded
  • Comfort working in an agile, lean start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • An AI-native mindset - you actively use AI tools to amplify output and work smarter
  • Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets against measurable growth targets

Your immediate priorities

  • Optimise the D2C e-commerce operation
  • Build media relationships and drive earned coverage to establish brand credibility
  • Create genuine market buzz - through launch moments, partnerships, and content that cuts through
