A leading School located in the inner Brisbane suburbs has an opportunity for a skilled Risk & Compliance professional.

The Company

One of Brisbane's leading Schools located just outside the city have an opportunity for a skilled Risk & Compliance professional to join their team. With a focus on uplift and increase risk maturity across the organisation.

This is a full time role but would consider part time for the right candidate.

The Role

• Lead the risk management learning journey – including conducting risk assessments, critical incidents, work health & safety training.
• Ensuring compliance with Child Safety Standards across the campus – including developing and implementing action plans and monitoring progress.
• Audit compliance.
• Document control & review – procedures; tools; plans & checklists.
• Continuous Improvement initiative across processes (automation).

Your background

You will be a forward-thinking, passionate and aspirational leader with a genuine enthusiasm for Risk & Compliance from a strategic & operational level. Ideally, you will come with experience in the education sector and be able to add value to what “best practice” is. A naturally strong communicator you will have:

• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective workplace relationships.
• Demonstrated skills in managing multiple & competing priorities – with a strong attention to detail
