Hydra Search is partnering with a growing Perth based technology business delivering software solutions to the mining industry. With continued product investment and a strong pipeline of upcoming initiatives, they are seeking a Product Manager to join their collaborative and high-performing team.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to help shape product direction, improve user experience, and deliver meaningful product outcomes. They are open to candidates with differing levels of experience.

About the opportunity

• Drive product initiatives from discovery and planning through to delivery and release.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define, prioritise, and deliver new features and improvements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate product ideas.
• Translate operational and technical challenges into simple, user-focused solutions.
• Develop product documentation, workflows, specifications, and supporting materials.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and continuous product improvement initiatives.
• Support testing, release coordination, and delivery processes.
• Help improve product development practices within a fast-moving environment.
• Join a collaborative team with strong growth opportunities and genuine influence across product direction.

About you

• Previous experience working within Product Management or delivering software products in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong ability to structure and simplify complex requirements.
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams and balancing competing priorities.
• User-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, customer-facing, and leadership teams.
• Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working within evolving environments.
• Industry domain experience is beneficial but not essential.
