Account Manager / Sales Representative
Astakos Fish Market
The Role
This is a hybrid role combining account management and on-the-road sales.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing restaurant clients
• Visit chefs and venues regularly to maintain strong partnerships
• Introduce new restaurants to Astakos and our seafood program
• Work closely with chefs on menu planning and seasonal seafood
• Present new products, fishermen partnerships and specialty lines
• Identify opportunities for growth with existing accounts
• Represent the Astakos brand in the hospitality community
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience as a chef, sous chef, restaurant manager or premium food sales rep
• Strong relationships or understanding of the Sydney restaurant scene
• Passion for premium ingredients and seafood
• Confident speaking with chefs and hospitality operators
• Self-motivated and comfortable working on the road
• Strong communication and organisational skills
