About Our Client
Our client is a well-established industry leader with a strong regional presence across NSW. They are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead operations, drive performance, and support continued business growth across multiple sites. This is a key leadership role with real influence over people, safety, and operational outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee and manage multiple site operations across the region
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve safety and production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legislative requirements at all times
- Drive operational performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Will Need
- Proven experience in a Regional Manager or senior operational leadership role
- Strong background in operations, production, or resource-based industries
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on safety and team development
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills
