What you’ll do

• Partner with Merchandising, Programming, Marketing, Presenters, Production and Studio teams to plan, develop, analyse and continuously improve shows across all TVSN categories
• Produce live and pre-recorded content that delivers engaging storytelling and drives sales performance
• Own the direction, pace, and overall look and feel of your shows
• Lead live broadcasts from the control room, ensuring seamless execution and strong commercial outcomes
• Use insights and performance data to refine content and maximise results

What you bring

• Proven experience as a TV Producer, ideally in a sales-driven or commercial environment
• Strong editorial judgement with a clear understanding of what converts
• Analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
• Confident communicator who can direct presenters and collaborate across teams
• Experience working on live television productions
