About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced coordinator to join a small team in the role of Organisational Development & Diversity Coordinator to support key people, culture, diversity and inclusion initiatives across Mercy Health.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in busy environments, enjoys stakeholder engagement and holds the curiosity and experience to improve our ways of working.

The role supports a full range of activities across the organisational development and diversity discipline whilst also taking ownership of some key activities such as the annual service recognition and 'Living our Values' awards.

What you'll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or coordinator role within a large, complex organisation.
  • Experience working in a similar role within an Organisational Development team.
  • Confidence in engaging a range of people and professions.
  • A curious, persistent and data driven approach to problem-solving.
