Need Change Managers only from Financial Services or Insurance background!!!

Duration: 3–6-month Contract

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Melbourne CBD

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and embed effective change management practices across critical banking initiatives.

Develop and execute end‑to‑end change management strategies aligned to business, technology, and regulatory initiatives
Assess change impacts across people, processes, systems, and customers, and translate these into actionable change plans
Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement activities, ensuring alignment across executives, leaders, and frontline teams
Design and deliver change interventions including communication plans, training approaches, readiness assessments, and adoption measures
Partner with program and project managers to integrate change management activities into delivery plans.

Proven experience as a Change Manager within banking or large financial services organisations
Strong understanding of structured change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or similar)
Experience delivering change across complex, multi‑stream programs such as digital transformation, regulatory change, core banking systems, or operating model shifts
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership level
Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching capabilities
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and navigate a highly regulated environment
Experience working in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
Relevant qualification in Change Management, Business, Human Resources, or a related field (certification preferred)
