FINANCIAL PLANNING & WEALTH MANAGEMENT;

Looking to speak with individuals within Client Services to join expanding financial planning teams across the CBD, North & Eastern suburbs.

These roles offer exposure to all aspects of financial advice, including insurance, superannuation, investments, working alongside in-house professionals and specialist advisers.

Some of what you'll do

  • Assist in preparing Statements of Advice and Records of Advice
  • Liaise with product providers to gather information
  • Prepare and lodge client applications
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client files
  • Handle client inquiries and interact with administration platforms and fund managers

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) preferred
  • Min 1 years previous experience in a similar role within Financial Planning or Wealth Management is a must.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Xplan or similar system knowledge is desired)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Desire to help clients achieve their financial goals
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
