About the role

We're scaling our Copilot capability at Barhead, an Akkodis company, and hiring multiple consultants to join our delivery team.

You'll work directly with customers on AI and digital transformation initiatives, helping them translate emerging Copilot and AI agent capabilities into real business outcomes.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with the opportunity to learn from industry experts, while working on live engagements.

What you'll be doing

• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify AI and Copilot opportunities
• Translate business needs into practical AI and digital solutions
• Design and support the build of AI agents using Copilot Studio and low-code tools
• Deliver training, enablement, and co-build sessions with customers
• Partner with technical teams on integration, data, and governance
• Guide organisations through change and AI adoption journeys

This is a workshop-led, delivery-focused role - not just presentations, but real outcomes.

About you

We're open to a range of backgrounds, including:

• Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consultant or Solution Architect
• Experience across Digital Transformation, Modern Workplace, Business Applications or Power Platform

What matters most:

• Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience running workshops or customer discovery sessions
• Ability to work in ambiguity and translate ideas into outcomes
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
• Continuous learning mindset

Experience with Copilot, Power Platform or low-code tools is highly regarded but not essential.
