Electrician – Commercial (Adelaide)

A well-established building services contractor delivering electrical maintenance, service, and commercial installation works across a wide range of properties throughout Adelaide. The role offers a strong mix of planned maintenance, fault finding, reactive repairs, and project-based install work across office buildings, retail, education, and light industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial electrical installation works across fit out, upgrade, and refurbishment projects
• Install and terminate lighting, power, switchboards, and general electrical infrastructure
• Complete planned, preventative, and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties
• Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications to deliver high-quality site installations
• Maintain accurate service records, test reports, and compliance documentation while adhering to site safety procedures

About You

• 3–5+ years’ experience delivering electrical works across commercial and retail projects
• Qualified Electrician with relevant trade certification and current driver’s licence
• Holds a valid White Card, Working at Heights, EWP (under 11m), and LVR/CPR certifications
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical installation and maintenance practices
• Clear communicator with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
