Are you an experienced Service Delivery Team Lead or Coordinator with a passion for operational excellence, incident management, and team leadership? We are seeking a proactive and highly organised professional to support a dynamic operations environment and drive service delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 5-7 support staff delivering 24x7 operational services
- Manage team rostering and resource coordination
- Handle escalation management and maintain strong stakeholder engagement
- Support and participate in Major Incident Management activities for P1/P2 incidents
- Assist with IT Change Management processes and operational governance
- Ensure HSE compliance while delivering operational support services
- Monitor operational performance and drive SLA achievement
- Identify Continuous Service Improvement opportunities and enhance the support model
- Provide on-call support for escalations and major incidents outside business hours as required
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in Service Delivery or IT Operations leadership roles
- Strong team management and coordination capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working within operational or support centre environments
- Mining industry or Operations Centre experience is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of ITIL and service management practices
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Experience using Confluence as a Knowledge Base platform is advantageous
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
