Your new Organization

You will be part of a well established Australian private health insurance company based in Geelong.

Your new role

Lead the end‑to‑end change management strategy for large‑scale, complex transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory obligations.
Partner with senior executives, program sponsors, and delivery leads to embed change practices across enterprise programs, including technology, operating model, and regulatory change.
Design and execute integrated change plans covering stakeholder impact assessment, change readiness, communications, engagement, training, and benefit realization.
Provide strategic counsel to leaders on change impacts, organizational readiness, cultural implications, and workforce adoption within a highly regulated financial environment.
Establish and govern change management standards, metrics, and reporting to track adoption, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead, mentor, and uplift change practitioners, building enterprise capability and ensuring consistent application of change methodologies.
Proactively manage resistance and change risks, developing mitigation strategies to protect customer outcomes, employee experience, and business continuity.
Ensure all change activities comply with financial services regulations, risk frameworks, and internal governance requirements.
