About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to oversee the architecture, design, development, testing, and delivery of modern data platforms that enable Advanced Analytics and AI solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong consulting capability, and the ability to lead teams while engaging with senior stakeholders and clients.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping innovative AI & Data solutions, mentoring team members, supporting pre-sales activities, and contributing to the growth of the AI & Data practice.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery, architecture, and development of modern data platforms, including Lakehouse, Datalake, and AI solutions.
- Take ownership of technical solution design and development activities across projects of varying complexity.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and technical guidance to junior AI & Data team members.
- Support the growth of the AI & Data practice, including capability development and service offerings.
- Assist with pre-sales activities including opportunity shaping, solution scoping, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Identify and communicate follow-on business opportunities within customer accounts.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and maintain relevant certifications aligned
with the AI & Data practice.
Requirements and Experience
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams effectively.
- Demonstrate strong consulting capability while working with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Influence customers by articulating business value and technology opportunities.
- Contribute to identifying additional business opportunities within customer environments.
- Actively contribute to company knowledge-sharing initiatives and internal events.
- Maintain relevant technical certifications and professional development.
- Baseline clearance required.
