We are hiring for Technical Writer Content Designer - (APS6 Level) for our Federal Government client.

Contract Duration – 12 months + 24 months extensions

Work Location -Canberra

Security Clearance - NV1

Technical skills

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Microsoft Office suite
• Atlassian suite (Confluence and Jira)

Essential Criteria

1. Demonstrated experience producing high‑quality online software documentation, with exceptional ability to write clear, plain, user‑centred English, including:
2. Proven capability to deliver both explanatory and procedural content tailored to multiple audiences (technical, semi‑technical, and non‑technical).
3. Strong skill in translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible explanations without loss of accuracy.
