This is an opportunity to bring your existing industry experience into a professional, relationship-focused practice where quality, care and attention to detail truly matter.
About the role
This role will particularly suit someone with previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management practice who enjoys owning client service and administration outcomes, managing implementation and review workflows, and supporting an adviser in a proactive and dependable way. You will be comfortable working across multiple priorities, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance, and helping create a seamless experience for both clients and the practice.
Working closely with the Adviser, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end advice process, from client onboarding and meeting preparation through to implementation, follow-up and ongoing reviews. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys taking ownership of workflow, maintaining quality administration standards, and contributing to a well-run and highly professional advice practice.
What we're looking for
We are looking for someone who already understands what excellent support looks like within a financial planning environment. Alongside strong administration capability, you will bring industry-relevant experience, a calm and professional manner, sound judgement, and the ability to manage detail, deadlines and client service with confidence.
Why join Autumn Financial?

You will work closely with the adviser, be trusted with meaningful responsibility, and enjoy the satisfaction of supporting high-quality advice in a practice that values relationships, professionalism and care.
