Metaphysical Wellness is a premium clinical women’s health coaching business. We run a coach plus clinician model focused on metabolic, hormonal, and functional health. Our content is direct, clinical, and built to convert.

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager and Growth Specialist to own social, content distribution, and growth across Instagram, the Below Her Surface podcast, and email. You’ll turn clinical insight into scroll stopping content, build the funnel, and drive qualified leads into the program.

In this role you’ll own @lilycook end to end including content calendar, carousel design, captions, reels, and stories. You’ll repurpose Below Her Surface episodes into reels, carousels, and email content, run ManyChat campaigns and lead magnet funnels (Marker Panel, Insulin Decode, and more), and build and execute paid plus organic growth strategy. You’ll track content performance, lead gen, and conversion metrics weekly, collaborate directly with the founder on brand voice, clinical messaging, and sales copy, and coordinate with podcast production and the wider content team.

You have 3+ years in social, content, or growth marketing, ideally in women’s health, wellness, or coaching brands. You’re a sharp copywriter who writes punchy, clinical, conversion focused content. You’re fluent in Canva, Meta Business Suite, ManyChat, and analytics tools. You’re data driven, measure everything, and optimise relentlessly. You’re self led, fast moving, and obsessed with quality. You’re aligned with a clinical, premium brand standard. No fluff. No wellness clichés.

Bonus points for a background or genuine interest in functional, metabolic, or hormonal health, podcast production experience, and experience with Klaviyo, or similar email platforms.
