We are currently looking for a Junior Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This rare opportunity will see you working across a number of FMCG, retail and e-commerce brands in our portfolio, working alongside experienced account managers to deliver compelling, results-driven creative and advertising.

The opportunity is full-time and based from our office/studio in Prahran.

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Social Media Platform Management: You’ll be responsible for executing the day-to-day on platforms including Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok.
• Social Media Content Schedules: You’ll be working with our team to create and deliver social media content schedules for our clients – including graphics, stories and copy. Experience creating social media posts/assets is integral, as well as a strong design + trend eye.
• Social Media Boosting: You will work alongside our team to execute some advertising campaigns in Meta and TikTok Ads Managers. We will show you the ropes, but you'll need to have strong attention-to-detail and be a fast learner.
• Shoot Assistance: You'll be an assistant on our content shoots, which are hard work but a lot of fun. A shoot day can involve anything from sourcing us the perfect strawberry to holding a light to helping wash dishes.
• Creative Ideation and Strategy: You’ll have a natural love and appreciation of commercial and branded marketing and are a creative thinker who can come up with exciting and fresh content ideas that provide solutions to our range of clients.

• Ability to work at a fast pace and juggle multiple balls at once (seriously, agency life is about pace and keeping many plates spinning at once - it's not for everyone, and that's okay!)
• Fast, proactive and enthusiastic learner who is happy to give anything a go
• You show initiative and a willingness to ‘roll up the sleeves’ to get a job done
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - perfect punctuation and proof-reading is a must
• Genuine passion for digital and social media marketing - you are TikTok obsessed and have perfected your FYP
• A natural ability with design, branding and aesthetics
• A team player who will enjoy our culture and bring positive vibes to the team!
