Mobilisation & Onboarding Coordinator
Tecside
Part-Time or Casual
Looking for a fast-paced role where no two days are the same?
We're on the hunt for someone organised, switched-on, and high energy who loves keeping things moving, staying ahead of deadlines, and working with people. If you're the kind of person who gets satisfaction from ticking things off, solving problems quickly, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks - keep reading.
This role sits at the heart of our recruitment team, helping get candidates site-ready for major industrial, mining and construction projects across Australia.
You'll coordinate mobilisation and onboarding from start to finish - working closely with candidates, clients, medical providers, and internal teams to make sure everything is compliant, accurate, and ready to go.
It's busy. It moves quickly. And it suits someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action and making things happen.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating onboarding and mobilisation for candidates heading to site
- Sending, tracking and following up onboarding paperwork and compliance documentation
- Booking and monitoring medicals, drug & alcohol testing, police checks and ticket verification
- Keeping candidate records, systems and trackers accurate and up to date
- Staying on top of deadlines and ensuring mobilisations remain on track
- Speaking with candidates daily and supporting them through the onboarding process
- Working closely with internal teams and clients to provide updates and solve issues quickly
- Identifying ways to improve processes and make workflows more efficient
What we're looking for
You don't need years of experience - but you do need to be proactive, organised, and confident communicating with people.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Love fast-paced environments
- Are naturally organised and detail-focused
- Can juggle multiple priorities without getting flustered
- Are confident on the phone and comfortable following people up
- Have strong customer service and communication skills
- Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do
- Enjoy being part of a high-performing team
Experience in mobilisation, onboarding, recruitment admin, workforce coordination or labour hire is highly regarded - especially within mining, construction, industrial or FIFO environments - but attitude and energy matter just as much.
Why join us?
We're a business that believes culture is built through action, not posters on walls.
You'll join a team that values:
- Radical Kindness
- Authentic Boldness
- Relentless Curiosity
- Inventive Determination
You'll work in an environment where people are trusted to take initiative, improve systems, and make a real impact.
- Part-time or casual opportunity
- Supportive and energetic team environment
- Opportunity to build experience in a growing industry
- Real variety in your day
- Fast-moving, team-first culture where people genuinely help each other out
If you're someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and being the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes - we'd love to hear from you.
