Refridge Forklift Operator

They have an exciting opportunity for Forklift Operators to join their well-established team on a casual basis located in the Forrestfield area with AM and PM shifts available, working in their refridge area.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $37.97 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + shift penalties applicable and free onsite parking.

Key Responsibilities

Loading/unloading trucks, trailers, containers and rail wagons

Use of counterbalance and high reach forklift (Electric 1.8T)

Restraining loads

Some manual handling duties

Moving of awkward/ugly freight

Working in a cold/freezer store environments

Working in a safe manner

Successful Candidates Will Have

Current LF High Risk Work license

Experience Operating a Forklift Is Essential

Logistics experience is advantageous

Have flexibility with working hours and availability to work weekends if required

Great punctuality & time management

Ability to work in fast -paced environments

Comfortable working within a cold room environment
