Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our Victorian team.

What's Involved

  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline across your designated territory
  • Prospecting new business opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and close
  • Recommending tailored equipment solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

What it takes to succeed

You are a driven, commercially minded sales professional who enjoys being on the road, building relationships and winning business.

You Will Bring

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or territory sales
  • Background in automotive sales, capital equipment, machinery, transport or industrial sales highly regarded
  • Strong ability to prospect, negotiate and close deals
  • Confidence engaging with customers at all levels
  • Solid time management and self-direction in a territory-based role
  • A proactive, resilient and results-focused approach
