Primary Objective: Provide specialist employee and industrial relations advice and case management to support leaders in managing Employee Relations, performance, conduct, and workplace issues. This role is central to embedding consistent, proactive, and values-aligned people practices across the organisation and is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and industrial instruments. This position contributes to a values-aligned, psychologically safe, and legally compliant culture at Power and Water.

Remuneration Package: Remuneration Package $141,070 - $170,631 (including salary $124,487 - $150,887)
Experience Level: Band 3 Administrative Corporate Services
